By using freire.net you agree to be bound by these terms.  These terms may be changed from time to time and your continued use of freire.net implies acceptance of the amended terms.

You may use freire.net only for lawful purposes.  You may not engage in harrassment or submit material that is offensive, defamatory or otherwise harmful to freire.net and/or other users.

All copyright and other intellectual property rights on freire.net shall remain with the Freire Institute or its licensors.  By submitting any material to freire.net you grant the Freire Institute the right to use the material free of charge in any way that it wishes.  By submitting material you confirm that it is your own original work or that you have the right to grant permission for the Freire Institute to use it.

The Freire Institute reserves the right to delete any contribution, revoke membership or block access to accounts at any time and for any reason.

No responsibility is accepted by or on behalf of the Freire Institute for any errors, omissions or inaccurate content on freire.net.

Event Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings made for events through freire.net shall be considered to be confirmed once full payment has been made. The Freire Institute will refund fees in full for any bookings cancelled at least 30 days prior to the start of the event.  For cancellations within the 30-day period, refunds will be pro-rata (e.g., 15 days notice will attract a 50% refund).

All events are listed subject to confimation.  We reserve the right to cancel events at any time due to circumstances beyond our control or in the event of inadequate take-up of an event.  We strongly advise those booking events not to book non-refundable accommodation until they have confirmation that the event is going ahead as planned.  The Freire Institute will not be liable for accommodation costs under any circumstances but we will consider reasonable claims for compensation of accommodation costs where an event has been cancelled at short notice and the accommodation is non-refundable.

Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
