How much do I need to know about Paulo Freire? |

You do not usually need to know anything about Paulo Freire to participate in our programmes since most of our programmes are not about Freire as such but simply inspired by his methodology. The exception is when we do occasional workshops or study programmes on Paulo Freire's work in particular, when some background reading would be helpful. If you sign up for a Paulo Freire workshop you will be advised about recommended reading.
